Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unwashed and unused linens in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
